Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Hematologist Oncologist to join a nationally recognized cancer program within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This role offers the ability to practice comprehensive oncology care in a state-of-the-art outpatient facility, supported by experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and radiation oncology specialists. The position provides flexibility in scheduling along with access to modern treatment technologies and a strong support infrastructure.
Shift / Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Flexible 4- or 5-day work week options
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy and other therapies
- Provide comprehensive outpatient cancer care in a modern clinical setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and advanced practice providers
- Participate in patient care coordination and follow-up management
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving outcomes
- Contribute to program growth and clinical excellence initiatives
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- Strong clinical skills in oncology and hematology care
- Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
