- Clinic hours Monday through Friday weekly
- 15 - 21 patients per clinic shift
- On-call rotation 1 week per month weeknights, weekends every 3-4 weeks
- 40% hematology, 60% medical oncology patient split
- Bone marrow biopsy preferred but can work around
- No acute leukemia or malignant hematology cases
- New patient admissions handled by hospitalist
- Ongoing longer term coverage need
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
