The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The Technical Support Specialist also runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions.
Must be able to work onsite Monday- Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm ET in our Lakewood, NJ Facility with the flexibility to work out of our Somerset, NJ facility 1 day a week.

The expected base pay range for this position is $23.00 -$30.00 an hour. The actual compensation for the position may vary based on market differences and on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and can vary based on location and/or work schedule. In addition to base pay, CareTria offers a comprehensive benefits package.
