TACG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Helpdesk Data Analyst to provide user access management and data analysis support for a Department of Defense logistics information system in Beavercreek, Ohio. This hybrid role is responsible for processing system access requests, troubleshooting user access issues, tracking service requests, maintaining performance metrics, and providing analytical support to internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, exceptional customer service, and experience supporting logistics or information systems within a Department of Defense or U.S. Air Force environment.
This position requires U.S. Citizenship for consideration.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Security Clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
Education and Certifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline; or five (5) years of equivalent experience
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting U.S. Air Force or Department of Defense logistics, maintenance, or supply operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) or similar logistics applications
Previous experience supporting help desk operations or user account administration
Experience preparing metrics, reports, and executive briefings
Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance reporting
Familiarity with Air Force logistics business processes

Strong data management and reporting capabilities
Ability to analyze information and identify process improvements

Prolonged periods of sitting while working at a computer
Frequent use of computers, keyboards, and office equipment
Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and through electronic communications
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
