Job Description: Help Desk Technician at Vitable Health

Vitable Health is seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our employees.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing first level contact and ticket resolution for technical issues
  • Monitoring and responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
  • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Installing and configuring computer systems and applications
  • Ensuring security and privacy of systems and data

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Experience working with remote desktop applications
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite

Salary & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $50,000 to $60,000 annually. The selected candidate will also be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
