Heavy Machinery Track Hoe Operator

M&T Enterprises is currently hiring a full-time Heavy Machinery Track Hoe Operator to join our team in Lehi, UT!

Role: Operate GPS-equipped track hoe for utility excavation and site grading. Follow plans, maintain equipment, and keep the site safe.

Duties:

• Run excavator for trenching, bedding, backfill on sewer, water, storm projects.
• Set and hold grades to plan specifications.
• Perform pre/post-shift machine checks and basic maintenance.
• Keep work area clean and compliant with OSHA rules.
• Coordinate with foreman, crew, and inspectors; report progress/issues.

Requirements:

• 2+ years operating track hoe/excavator.
• Familiar with GPS machine guidance.
• Ability to read construction plans and follow stakes.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver's license.
• Reliable, punctual, safety-first.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
