The Service Technician reports to the Service Manager and performs diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer and dealer equipment. Key duties include diagnosing and repairing equipment, participating in training, maintaining knowledge of products, managing tools and inventory, and adhering to safety protocols. Candidates should have technical training or equivalent experience, strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, and basic computer skills.
