Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator – Track Hoe Location: Various job sites within Memphis, TN and surrounding areas Job Description: Pro-Site Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to operate a track hoe in a civil construction setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating heavy equipment, particularly track hoes, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate a track hoe safely and efficiently to complete excavation, trenching, and earthmoving tasks. Perform daily fueling, greasing, and fluid checks to ensure proper preventative maintenance of the equipment. Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections to identify and report any mechanical issues. Perform physical labor as needed, including cleaning and maintaining the track hoe’s exterior by removing dirt and debris at the end of each shift. Follow all safety regulations and site procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Assist with general construction site tasks when necessary. Requirements: Experience operating a track hoe or similar heavy equipment in a civil construction setting (2-3 years preferred). Ability to operate and maneuver a track hoe safely in various job site conditions. Knowledge of earthmoving techniques and construction safety protocols. Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance, including greasing, fueling, and checking fluid levels. Willingness to perform physical labor, including cleaning and maintaining equipment. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
