Key Requirements:Experience operating track hoes, excavators, and similar heavy equipment Strong background in civil construction, including excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation Experience operating excavators to efficiently load dirt and other materials into dump trucks Ability to safely and accurately load trucks while maintaining proper awareness of surrounding personnel and equipment Ability to read grade stakes, site plans, and follow project specifications Experience working on civil construction projects with contractors or construction companies Ability to perform routine equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and identify mechanical issues Must be comfortable operating heavy machinery for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, dirt, and dust Must be able to climb in and out of heavy equipment regularly Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed TWIC card preferred Must be flexible to work extended hours and weekends as needed
