We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Auction Site Operations Coordinator to manage auction activities at one of our regional yards.
Responsibilities include coordinating equipment deliveries, creating detailed listings with photos and descriptions, and serving as the primary contact for sellers, buyers, and transporters to ensure excellent customer service.
Additional duties involve overseeing safety and compliance, assisting with inventory management, and supporting post-sale processes.
The role requires a Bachelor's Degree, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Travel up to 25% is expected.
