Heavy Duty Steward

The Heavy Duty Steward is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment by performing all cleaning tasks under supervision.

• Breakdown, sort, and wash china, silverware, and glassware; clean pots, pans, and store properly.
• Clean walls, ceilings, floors, sinks, and work surfaces; sweep and mop floors.
• Remove trash, polish silver, glass, and brass, and maintain dish machines.
• Clean loading dock area with pressure washer; manage inventory of supplies.

  Qualifications include the ability to lift heavy objects, good communication skills, and the ability to read and speak English. Prior experience is preferred but training is available. Must be at least 18 years old.
