Job Title: Heavy Civil Estimator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Heavy Civil Estimator to join our team in Denver with pay starting at 140K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating for heavy civil construction projects and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to determine the overall cost estimates
• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids
• Analyze project requirements and provide value engineering options to optimize project costs
• Track and monitor project costs throughout the construction process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Heavy Civil Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and industry standards
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
