Heat Press Operators (Seasonal)
$16 base + shift differentials + production incentives!
Job Purpose Heat Press Operators apply names, numbers and logos to clothing or equipment using a heat press machine. Our fulfillment center islocated in Mebane, NC where we provide training.
Shifts There are two shifts available for this role:
1st Shift
Off-Peak: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Peak: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
2nd Shift
Off-Peak: 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Peak: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
During the 12-hour peak shifts, team members follow a rotating schedule that includes working four shifts one week and three shifts the following week. This schedule allows for two long weekends off per month. Work hours will involve weekend work during our busy season.
Major Accountabilities/Essential Duties
Responsibilities:
Work with the heat press lead and coaches to deliver high quality customized apparel at a productive rate of speed.
Must be able to follow precise safety guidelines regarding operating equipment.
Actively maintain, apply and expand knowledge as changes occur; remain current with policy and procedures as they evolve.
Participate in briefings, seminars, and meetings to remain current with job skills.
Be present and prompt for all shifts.
Adhere to company policy.
Keep workspace neat and clean.
Performs other duties as they are assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to operate and understand functioning equipment according to established processes.
Track record of knowledge and adherence to all company and CFC policies.
Possess high attention to detail and demonstrate a high quality of work.
A track record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism.
Candidate should be production oriented.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Some basic computer skills preferred.
Must be proficient in English.
