  • Lead and manage the kitchen and back-of-house operations efficiently

Work Schedule & Environment
  • Full-time position with 8 and 10-hour shifts
  • Availability required for weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
  • Monday-Saturday Availability (Required) 
  • Alternating shifts of 7AM-3PM, 9AM-5PM, & 11AM-8PM (Required)
  • On-site role fostering direct team engagement and leadership
Qualifications
  • No formal education required; focus on motivation and leadership skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service, food quality, and food safety
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • 2+ years of leadership experience (Required)
