Position Overview:

Culinary Prep Team Member (full-time) Are you passionate about healthy food and eager to grow your skills in a hands-on culinary environment? Join our Food Service Team at our Brownsboro Road location! This full-time role (up to 40 hours per week) allows you to help prep nutritious, high-quality meals while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team. You'll report directly to the Store Director.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare food items following standardized recipes to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain top-notch food safety, storage, and labeling standards
• Keep prep and storage areas clean, organized, and sanitary
• Demonstrate strong knife skills and safe use of kitchen equipment, including juicing machinery
• Track and manage waste accurately
• Work efficiently to meet prep schedules while collaborating with your team
• Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment

Requirements:

• 1+ years of food service experience
• Ability to obtain a Food Safety Certification within 90 days of hire
• Flexible availability, days, some weekends, holidays. 
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Occasionally sit, squat, or kneel, and rarely climb
• Comfortable working indoors in climate-controlled environments, including walk-in coolers and freezers
• Willingness to use, clean, and maintain heavy-duty juicing machinery while following all safety guidelines
