VP of Finance/Corporate Controller (Los Angeles, CA)
· Works with CFO, they need a candidate who can act as an additional set of eyes on financials.
· CPA is preferred, but not required.
· Hospital experience is a big plus but if the candidate is not from a hospital they must have extensive healthcare finance experience.
· Work with Powerhouse CNO & Exec Team, Large growing hospital, Comprehensive, multi-specialty facility with breadth and diversity, "A" grade in patient safety by The Leapfrog Group.

- Oversee all finance/accounting functions
- Oversee accounting and financial analysis
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting and reporting, finance operations, and accounting
- Oversee the finance operations department and other finance departments
- Perform financial reporting and sales tax functions
- Oversee all daily financial and accounting operations
- Develop finance and business operations staff
- Maintain financial ledgers and accounting processes
- Train and develop accounting and finance teams
- Develop financial forecasting and budgeting
- Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department
- Provide training to the finance organization to new finance leaders
- Manage the accounting & finance activities of the organization
- Oversee all accounting and financial activities of the organization and lead the accounting and financial team
- Manage the accounting& finance activities of the organization
- Providing financial leadership in support of the company's finance goals
- Coordinate financial planning and budget management functions
- Enhance overall accounting operations and procedures of accounting department
