This is an opportunity to help build, improve, and scale client onboarding during a major growth phase.
We are seeking an Onboarding / Implementation Manager with healthcare SaaS experience who understands how to guide clients from kickoff through successful go-live.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience implementing SaaS platforms in healthcare environments.
- Knowledge of EHR / EMR workflows and client onboarding.
- Ability to manage timelines, customer expectations, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with billing, RCM, claims, clinical, or operational healthcare systems is highly valued.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
- Partner with healthcare clients to ensure smooth adoption and training.
- Coordinate internally with support, product, and technical teams.
- Manage timelines, milestones, and issue resolution.
- Help improve implementation processes as Sai Systems continues its rapid expansion.
