QUALIFICATIONS:
An associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of six months’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both.
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to build strong relationships through negotiation, persuasion, and composure under pressure.
Requires mathematical, analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in computer apps, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and database management to write/create reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and procedural manuals.
Ability to type 50+ words per minute.
