Position Overview
We are seeking experienced 360 Healthcare Recruiters who can manage a full desk — from business development to candidate placement — across multiple verticals including:
Locum Tenens (Physicians)
Advanced Practice (NPs, PAs, CRNAs)
Travel Nursing
Allied Health
This role is ideal for recruiters who are versatile, driven, and confident managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, while maximizing earnings through a high commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
Run a full 360 recruitment desk (business development + recruiting)
Source, recruit, and place candidates across Locum, Advanced Practice, Nursing, and Allied
Build and maintain relationships with both clients and healthcare professionals
Understand and negotiate travel packages, bill rates, and margins
Manage submittals, placements, and pipeline activity
Collaborate on onboarding, credentialing, and compliance
Drive consistent placements and revenue growth
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
Experience working a 360 desk (client + candidate side) preferred
Exposure to Locum Tenens, Advanced Practice, Nursing, or Allied Health
Understanding of travel pay packages, margins, and negotiations
Strong communication, sales, and closing skills
Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
