Healthcare HR Director – New York, NY

Location: New York, NY
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $115,000 – $125,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team at an Article 28 facility in New York. In this leadership role, you'll shape organizational culture, drive HR strategy, and support the growth and success of our healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in a Director or senior leadership role in a healthcare or corporate healthcare setting.
  • Proven knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, healthcare HR practices, policy design, and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated success in employee relations and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and labor laws.
  • Lead organizational development and performance management systems.
  • Manage HR metrics and reporting for strategic decision-making.
