  • Strong Excel (advanced formulas; macros/VBA a plus)

  • Experience with variance analysis, forecasting, workload or trend analysis

  • GAAP knowledge

  • Comfortable presenting insights to leadership

  • Eagerness to engage in professional development and continuous improvement.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and financial insights.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets.
