This Healthcare Estimator position in Cleveland, OH offers the opportunity to work on meaningful healthcare renovation and new construction projects, primarily supporting VA hospitals nationwide. With a strong pipeline of $2–5M projects and clear potential to grow into a Project Manager role, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional eager to be part of an expanding organization.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Estimator position include:
- 5+ years of healthcare estimating experience
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for renovation and new construction proposals
- Experience with federal healthcare projects (VA Hospitals highly preferred)
- Interpret and break down complex bid specifications and RFPs
- Relevant experience in government contracting
- Perform subcontractor and vendor procurement to obtain price quotations
- Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6
- Develop and maintain project schedules
Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
