Job Title: Enterprise Architect - AI (Healthcare Domain)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Healthcare domain to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions. The candidate will drive AI-led digital transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations, data standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy aligned with healthcare business goals
  • Lead design and implementation of AI/ML solutions for healthcare use cases (clinical analytics, patient engagement, diagnostics, revenue cycle, etc.)
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.)
  • Architect secure, scalable, and high-performing AI-enabled healthcare platforms
  • Integrate AI solutions with EHR/EMR systems and other healthcare applications
  • Establish architecture governance, standards, and best practices for AI adoption
  • Drive data architecture strategy including interoperability and data exchange
  • Oversee implementation of data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices
  • Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams (data engineering, AI/ML, application teams)
  • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure continuous improvement
  • Stay updated with emerging healthcare technologies and AI trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture
  • Strong experience in Healthcare domain (Provider/Payer systems)
  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics
  • Experience working with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT)
  • Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems integration
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with AI/ML services
  • Experience with big data technologies and data governance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API integrations
  • Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices
