We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Specialist to support patients, providers, and internal care teams with high-quality customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional healthcare customer service via phone, email, and electronic platforms
  • Act as a primary contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
  • Support inquiries related to appointments, scheduling, insurance verification, billing questions, and medical records
  • Accurately document interactions in EHR/EMR systems
  • Resolve patient concerns while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care coordination
  • Assist with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance inquiries
  • Thrive in a high-volume healthcare customer support or call center setting

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare customer service, medical office administration, or patient services
  • Working knowledge of health insurance, medical terminology, and healthcare workflows
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR platforms and healthcare scheduling systems
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
