Healthcare Construction SuperintendentAs an Healthcare Construction Superintendent, you will:Manage all onsite building and construction activities from project kickoff through completionCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient executionMaintain project schedules and monitor progress against key milestonesEnsure compliance with healthcare construction requirements, including ICRA and infection control protocolsEnforce site safety standards and OSHA regulationsCoordinate work in occupied healthcare facilities with minimal operational disruptionConduct quality inspections and ensure work meets project specificationsLead subcontractor meetings and daily coordination effortsCollaborate closely with Project Managers, healthcare facility staff, and ownership teamsResolve field challenges proactively to maintain project schedules and budgetsOversee project documentation, logistics, and inspectionsThe successful Healthcare Construction Superintendent candidate will have:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projectsExperience working in occupied hospitals, medical offices, or outpatient facilitiesStrong understanding of healthcare construction regulations and infection control proceduresKnowledge of ICRA, interim life safety measures, and healthcare facility operationsProven leadership and subcontractor management experienceAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge of OSHA safety standardsOSHA 30 certification required or preferredHealthcare construction certifications are a plusWhat's on offer:Competitive base salary - up to 160kPerformance-based bonus programComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matching contributionPaid vacation, holidays, and sick leaveCareer advancement opportunities within a growing organizationOpportunity to work on impactful healthcare projectsLong-term project pipeline across Manhattan and NYCProfessional development and training programsCollaborative and supportive leadership team
