Lead Large-Scale Healthcare BuildsThis opportunity is with a nationally recognized, family-owned general contractor with a strong presence across the Southeast. The firm is known for its stability, long-term employee retention, and consistent delivery of complex commercial, education, and healthcare projects.Job DescriptionManage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery. Ensure all construction activities comply with healthcare regulations and standards. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and manage project resources effectively. Strong communication and leadership skills. Stable work history with reputable contractors preferred.What's on OfferBase Salary: $130K - $165K. Vehicle Allowance: ~$700/month. Bonus: ~15% discretionary. 401(k): 50% match up to 5% (after 1 year). Company card for travel expenses. Full benefits package.
