We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated partner-level attorney with experience in healthcare and life sciences. Experience working with Medicare, CMS, government enforcement agencies, or with payers or managed care organizations is a plus.
Core requirements include:
• Strong healthcare regulatory and transactional experience • Compliance with federal and state health laws and regulations • Private and public third-party reimbursement • Corporate practice of medicine • Operational issues • Integrated delivery systems • The purchase, sale, and merger of healthcare businesses and joint ventures
Relevant past work should involve a broad range of healthcare entities such as:
• Physician group practices • Large group providers • Healthcare systems • Skilled nursing and long-term care facilities • Clinical laboratories • Home health agencies • Medical device manufacturers • Durable medical equipment suppliers • Practice management companies • Management service organizations (MSOs) • Substance abuse treatment centers
Preference will be given to candidates with a book of business.
