Healthcare Associate Recruiter Location: Plano, Texas (75025) Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Work Setting: Hybrid Compensation & Perks $50,000 base salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 2 weeks PTO 8 paid holidays 401(k) with up to 4% company match (vested after 1 year) Opportunity for career growth within a rapidly growing healthcare organization Collaborative and supportive team environment About the Role Accel Therapies is growing, and we’re looking for an Associate Recruiter in the Dallas area to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across our ABA therapy programs. In this role, you’ll help identify and connect with talented professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, support candidates throughout the interview process, and help create a positive hiring experience from first contact through offer acceptance. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their recruiting career within healthcare while gaining hands-on experience in full-cycle talent acquisition. What You'll Do Post and manage job listings across job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates. Review incoming resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements. Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, interest, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct structured in-person and virtual interviews in partnership with hiring managers. Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and pipeline activity in JazzHR (our ATS). Collaborate with hiring managers to align on job requirements, candidate feedback, and hiring decisions. Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates and guide them through the acceptance process. Work alongside the People Operations team to facilitate a seamless transition during the new hire onboarding process What You'll Need A minimum of 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience required Customer service, sales, healthcare support, or administrative experience Ability to conduct structured, competency-based interviews and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR experience a plus) Professional, positive, and candidate-focused approach Strong interpersonal skills — you build trust with candidates and hiring managers alike.
