Who You Are: An experienced, hospitality minded candidate to work in a support role as an Administrative Assistant for our Community Administrator, in our Arbour Health Center.
Responsibilities:
- Performs general clerical duties, and administrative tasks. Must be proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Community Administrator, nurse managers and directors within the Health Center.
- Attend and take detailed minutes for various meetings, including morning meeting, nursing meetings, mentor meetings, and CARES meetings.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Management of contracts for Health Center department.
- Provides administrative support for CARES program.
- Organize and support mentor meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting discussions and outcomes.
- Maintain office supplies for department.
- Maintain the HCC disaster manuals.
- Plan and execute staff holiday celebrations and appreciation events, ensuring they align with company culture and values.
- Projects a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents, associates, resident family members, and the public.
- Schedules transportation for Health Center residents.
This position will be full-time position. Regular hours will be business hours, Monday - Friday, with some flexibility.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years office experience.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Word; Excel Spreadsheets; PowerPoint and data entry; working knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with residents, resident families, and other associates in a professional manner.
