Schedule - 31 hours per week, Monday - Friday

What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

• Maintain records and files, and assemble intake charts weekly.
• Create weekly intake lists for providers and assist with intake procedures.
• Assists in entering data for lab services.
• Participate in the career development services system.
• Maintain a calendar of events, schedules, and appointments.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years of related experience or training.
• Valid driver's license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.
