Sterling Medical is seeking a full time Health Technician to support services at the VA Medical Center at Long Beach, CA
Qualifications:
1 year of work experience as a Health Technician
Certified as a Phlebotomy Technician through the California Department of Public Health.
An EKG certification
AHA BLS certification
High school graduate or equivalent
Knowledge and competency in performing electrocardiograms (ECGs), including proper lead placement, operation of ECG equipment, and basic recognition of common rhythm abnormalities.
