Description
The Springs at Whitefish is seeking a Health Services Administrator to lead the daily operations of our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and plays a key role in ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to recruit, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, coach, and, when necessary, terminate employees.
- Manage the Health Services department budget and maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Lead employee education and development through orientation, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure resident service needs are identified and addressed through assessments, evaluations, and individualized service planning.
- Provide dynamic leadership that motivates and empowers team members to perform at the highest standards.
- Keep the Executive Director informed of community operations, challenges, and significant issues requiring guidance or support.
- Partner with department leaders to achieve positive resident and operational outcomes.
- Foster a workplace culture where employees feel valued, respected, and supported.

Qualifications
- Current and valid Montana Assisted Living Administrator's License.
- Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Housing.
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Medication Technician, or Resident Services Coordinator preferred.
- Proven experience managing teams and supervising employees.
- Strong leadership, communication, and staff development skills.
- Proficiency with computers and multiple software applications.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
