• Possess or be willing to obtain the NJDOE CTE Instructional Certificate with appropriate endorsement. • Possesses a Bachelors or Associates degree in a related field or evidence of employment history of 4 years (8,000 hours). • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work with diverse populations.
