Lead and elevate the health & safety culture at a major corn wet milling facility. As the site’s senior EHS leader, you’ll drive safety strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a dedicated team of six EHS professionals. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on people, processes, and performance.
Oversee safety, health, and environmental programs
Ensure OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory compliance
Lead audits, risk assessments, and training initiatives
Manage emergency response, industrial hygiene, and well-being programs
Partner with leadership and regulatory agencies
Drive continuous improvement in EHS systems and culture
Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety or related field
10+ years in EHS leadership (industrial or manufacturing)
Deep knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
