The HSS Manager serves as the on-site subject matter expert and leader for all health, safety, security, and environmental programs at our retail fulfillment center. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive safety programs that protect team members, reduce incidents, ensure OSHA compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture. Youll work collaboratively with operations management, HR, and cross-functional teams to identify hazards, mitigate risks, lead incident investigations, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance. Success in this role requires strong leadership presence on the floor, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

This position is located in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center with moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and material handling equipment in operation. The role may require extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. The fast-paced environment involves time-sensitive and safety sensitive operations and may include various shift schedules to support production and distribution needs.
