Health, Safety, and Environment Manager - Youngstown, Ohio #25-01402Salary Range: $80K to $85K Permanent Position / Benefits.
Youngstown, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment Manager to oversee "HSE” practices, conduct risk assessment, develop policies, and ensure compliance with regulations .
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Industrial Engineering (Associate Degree or with significant related experience may be considered)
- HSE (EHS) experience in manufacturing, logistics, and/or industrial environments
- Leadership and training experience along with an understanding of OSHA, EPA, DOT, NFPA, ANSI, and other relevant safety and environmental regulations
- Investigate workplace incidents / accidents and assess risks, analyze trends, and implement data-driven solutions
- Conducting training programs, identify potential hazards
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager), or equivalent preferred.
- Experience implementing and sustaining a 5S culture and workplace organization improvements preferred
