NBAPOSN Title Working Title Health Related RNTTA Instructor Brief Position Overview
This position is for a faculty member teaching Related Health coursework and serving as the clinical coordinator for the Paramedic program, following the guidelines established by the Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services profession (CoAEMSP) and Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
Responsibilities include teaching coursework in Anatomy and Physiology, and Medical Terminology at City College both online and in person as well as participating in curriculum and course development and outcomes assessment.
The position has responsibilities for the day-to-day oversight of all clinical aspects of the paramedic program in addition to participation in curriculum and course development and outcomes assessment. The employee must be able to perform the following essential functions to the satisfaction of the employee's supervisor.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Requires sufficient mobility to work in a college with hands-on programs and operations, operate office equipment, able to lift, push or pull at least 40 lbs. Additional physical demands may include: stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching overhead and horizontally, repetitive hand movements, sitting for extended periods of time, and 4-6 hours of screen time per day.
