The Health Product Manager delivers value by meeting customer needs, driving business outcomes, and advancing Best Buy Health strategies. This role is responsible for managing complex products and supporting the development of product strategy, roadmaps, and quarterly priorities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. The Health Product Manager bridges user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, ensuring product outcomes align with organizational objectives. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Experience Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams, this role defines and launches innovative solutions while continuously improving the product through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location.

What you'll do
  • Assist in driving the vision and strategy for the Account Services team, which leads device and plan activation, payments and billing, and account management
  • Define the product roadmap and build cross-functional alignment with stakeholders
  • Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements via initiative charters, product requirements, and user stories
  • Leverage data to generate insights about customer needs and behavior and project business value; Utilize data to make product recommendations throughout the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Experience Design to map the customer journey and ensure that the customer experience delivers business value and meets user needs
  • Define the success metrics and analyze performance through quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Support delivery through effective prioritization that advances the team’s highest priorities; Continually prioritize and manage the product backlog and lead sprint planning.
  • Drive and coordinate go to market strategies and product launches in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and the broader Best Buy organization.
Basic qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3 or more years of experience in Product Management and/or Technical Program Management
  • 3 or more years of experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs
  • 3 or more years of experience creating, refining, and managing Jira user stories
  • 3 or more years of experience leading a team through sprint planning
  • 3 or more years of experience developing and maintaining product roadmaps
  • 3 or more years of experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience within the telecommunications (Telco) industry
  • Experience managing digital subscription products and services
  • Experience working with billing, payments, and transactional platforms
  • Experience conducting cost-benefit analyses and developing financial projections
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate product performance using financial and operational metrics
  • Demonstrated ability create project plans and delivery timelines with alignment from stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Research and Data teams, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to drive a vision and strategy through execution.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through regular written and verbal updates and meetings.
