Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in understanding their health plan benefits and options.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.
  • Review and process benefit inquiries and claims accurately.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve benefit-related issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health plan policies and regulations.
  • Educate clients on preventive care and wellness programs.
  • Document interactions and maintain detailed records in our systems.
  • Support team initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in health insurance or benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of health plan benefits and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
