About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for preschool and kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Responsible for providing health services within a specialized program; part of a team providing support to students with special needs. Maintain confidentiality of student and family information as required under FERPA. For more information, please see the job description for this position.
Start Date: Immediate Opening
Contract: 192 days
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 hours/day including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
FTE: 0.8125 (32.5 hours per week)
Salary & Benefits
Starting Rate: $21.17-$21.65 per hour, additional $4.00 per hour if LPN certified

Requirements & Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years of post secondary education; experience in administering First Aid and CPR; Licensed Practical Nurse or comparable experience; have working knowledge of various medical equipment including but not limited to nebulizers, glucometers, glucagon, epi-pens, g-tubes, and inhalers. Possess respectful, empathetic listening and communication skills with students, families and staff.
