Immediate need for a talented Health Insurance Enrollment Specialists. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Denver, CO (Hybrid). (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment). Key Responsibilities: Help individuals understand available health plan options Answer questions about coverage, benefits, and enrollment Support community enrollment events and informational seminars Assist members by phone and in person Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process Key Requirements and Technology Experience: High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in healthcare, customer service, sales support, marketing, or a related field preferred Strong public speaking and presentation skills Comfortable speaking in front of groups Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset Ability to work flexible hours and support event-based schedules Reliable transportation is required Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to learn quickly and follow training before field shadowing Healthcare or health insurance experience Experience supporting seminars, events, outreach, or member education Familiarity with health plan products and benefits Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
