Pay Range: $28/hr - $31/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment).

Key Responsibilities:

• Help individuals understand available health plan options
• Answer questions about coverage, benefits, and enrollment
• Support community enrollment events and informational seminars
• Assist members by phone and in person
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, customer service, sales support, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours and support event-based schedules
• Reliable transportation is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to learn quickly and follow training before field shadowing
• Healthcare or health insurance experience
• Experience supporting seminars, events, outreach, or member education
• Familiarity with health plan products and benefits
