    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Health Information Management, or a directly related field, plus two years (2) of work experience in health care, health informatics or medical records keeping, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience provided that the minimum degree requirement is met.

    SELECTION REQUIREMENTS

    This position requires applicants to complete an interview. The interviewed candidate(s) possessing the qualifications best suited to fulfill the responsibilities of the position will be selected.

    Preference will be given to candidates possessing any of the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:

    • Preference will be given to those with a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) Certification
    • Experience with Occupational Health Recordkeeping
    • Master's degree in public health, Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Epidemiology or a directly related field
