Health Information Management Medical Records Associate

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED (or higher) 

• 1+ years of experience in a medical office and / OR medical records position

• Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, including the ability to use multiple web applications

• Ability to type and talk at the same time and navigate through multiple screens

• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work on any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm PST. Shift will be assigned upon start. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

• Must be 18 years of age or older         

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with medical office processes

• 1+ years of related work experience including data entry

• Experience with EMR computer applications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
