Job Summary/Basic Functions

This position provides comprehensive coordination and strategic leadership for the Department of Pediatrics' educational programming, community engagement initiatives, and medical education efforts. The incumbent oversees the planning and execution of major academic activities including Grand Rounds, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and effective communication with faculty and external speakers. In partnership with departmental leadership, the role leads the development and implementation of advocacy, pipeline, and community-focused initiatives, managing stakeholder engagement, project tracking, and program logistics. The position also contributes to the design, delivery, and evaluation of medical education curricula, supporting professional development for residents, fellows, and faculty. Additionally, the incumbent provides research and analytical support for medical education scholarship, including data management, outcomes evaluation, and dissemination of scholarly work. This role requires strong organizational skills, independent project management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.

Required Education: Bachelor''s
