What You’ll Do

This position has advanced knowledge and will serve as a subject matter expert in determining health care eligibility and processing enrollments, changes and terminations of all health plans offered by OPERS in accordance with OPERS rules, statutes, plan documents, policies and procedures. What You’ll Bring

• A High School Diploma or GED is required, with aBachelor’s degree being preferred
• At least1 year of experience as a Health Care Processor or comparable work experience
• Strong knowledge of Health Care and Benefits programs from OPERS or comparable organizations.
• The ability to take initiative and be self-directed in your work
• Strong attention to detail
• Strongverbal and written communication skills
• Be able and willing to think outside the box
