Are you a strategic leader with expertise in grants, contracts, and compliance who enjoys turning complex requirements into impactful community programs?
Oakland County is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Health & Human Services Contract Compliance Supervisor to oversee grant administration, contract compliance, and procurement activities across the Health & Human Services Department. In this leadership role, you'll help ensure critical programs are funded, compliant, and operating effectively while serving as a key resource to department leadership, staff, funding agencies, and the Board of Commissioners.

What you'll do:
• Oversee Health & Human Services grants, including implementation, budgeting, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Supervise and direct the work of professional staff, including setting priorities, assigning work, and monitoring performance
• Review grant applications, agreements, amendments, and position changes to ensure compliance with funding requirements
• Research grant opportunities and provide technical assistance on federal, state, and private funding programs
• Monitor grant performance, reporting requirements, budgets, staffing allocations, and subrecipient relationships
• Oversee departmental procurement activities, contracts, purchasing compliance, and procurement card (P-Card) transactions
• Serve as a liaison between Health & Human Services, external agencies, and the Board of Commissioners
• Provide guidance and support to staff on grant management systems, including EGRAMS
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes that may impact funding opportunities and compliance requirements
• Prepare reports, recommendations, and analyses to improve departmental processes and program effectiveness
