We are looking for experienced Health & Benefits Sales Professionals to own and grow a book of business, lead complex sales cycles from first contact to close, and deliver innovative solutions to employers navigating today's benefits landscape.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of complex, high-value accounts
- Drive new business through targeted outreach, market research, and cold calls
- Lead full sales cycles — proposals, RFP responses, pricing negotiations, and close
- Build and maintain strong C-suite relationships across new and existing accounts
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and represent the business at key industry events
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling employee benefits to companies in the 1,000–5,000 employee range
- Strong knowledge of the Health & Benefits or Employee Benefits consulting industry
- Established network with demonstrated access to C-suite executives
- Active Life and Health License — preferred
