Highly visible Health Plan Actuary Manager opportunity to own and enhance core models and processes behind pricing, reserving, and financial performance for a fast-growing health plan. Manager will build and maintain scalable models supporting rating, valuation, and reserving, including IBNR/IBNP while mentoring a small team of analysts.
Role partners with Finance, Underwriting, Risk, and Technology on key decisions, translating actuarial analysis into rate setting and financial performance insight. Seeking an ASA/FSA with 5+ years experience, including large group health pricing and prior leadership exposure preferred. Strong technical and analytical skills within actuarial modeling environments a must. Relocation assistance available.
