We are seeking an experienced Header Operator to join our precision manufacturing team.
- Set up and operate multi-die progressive header machines to produce high-strength fasteners and components per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read blueprints, work orders, and process documents to determine tools and settings.
- Install, align, and adjust tooling and dies for accurate production.
- Inspect parts using precision instruments and perform machine adjustments and minor maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Train junior operators and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, 4+ years of header operation experience preferred, strong mechanical skills, and proficiency with measuring tools. Must adhere to safety protocols and have problem-solving abilities.
Work is across all shifts in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and particulates. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $60.00/hour with benefits, incentives, and potential sign-on bonuses.
